Catered Snack & Lunch

We offer an optional catered lunch and snack program Monday through Friday. The service (provided by Celebration 4 Hire) is very flexible. You may order as many or as few days as you like.

Cost, Etc.

The daily cost for snack, lunch and drinks is $13/child.

Please note: campers have THREE choices for lunch every day:

  • Hot, lightly buttered pasta

  • Made to order sandwich/any kind they'd like!

  • Menu Item of the day (see our menu section for more details about this option)

Hot items are baked, not fried. Every effort is made to provide food and drink free of artificial food colorings, hydrogenated oils, trans fats, and any added sugar/high fructose corn syrup.

Historically, approximately 70% of the campers use the snack/lunch service. Campers who bring their own snack & lunch to camp will not feel out of place doing so.

  • Hot chocolate, fruit juice and ice water are always available along with snacks such as bagel & cream cheese, fresh fruit, quesadillas, toast, or energy bars (varies randomly) . These snacks are available to those who purchase our snack/lunch program. Please note: our caterers typically have to limit snack size, so if you have a voracious camper, probably best to have them bring an additional snack, just in case.

  • Made-to-order sandwiches, pasta, and a hot menu item are offered daily. Hot buttered pasta is always one of the hot items (w/parmesan cheese available on-the-side). The second hot item varies (see daily menu).

    You are not required to pre-select your child’s preferred lunch item. Campers get to choose whatever appeals to them that day.

Fresh fruit or carrot sticks, chips and cookies are included.

Fruit juice (no sugar added) and ice water are always available.

How to Order

  • · You may order at the time you pay your camp balance. (The camp balance is due May 1 for Session One and June 1 for Session Two.)

    If you would like to order for EVERY camp day in attendance, an email is the easiest, fastest way to do so.

    Or, just ADD the cost of the meals to your final balance. $130 for two week campers, $260 for four week campers. No email necessary. We’ll know intuitively why those exact amounts were added.

    · If “picking and choosing” only certain days for the snack/meal program, go to the food order form and complete it online. You can pay online or still mail a single check covering both the camp balance and cost of food.

    · Remember...you can order as many or as few days as you like. If you later decide to add or cancel, no problem.

  • · We will accept orders anytime up to 24 hours in advance.

    · Just complete our food order form, submit, and pick your payment method. Easy!

Canceling Your Order

  • To cancel any or all of your order, please contact us via email at least 24 hours in advance.

  • There is no penalty for canceling all or any part of your snack/lunch order. You will receive a full refund (or camp credit for other services) for unused days.
