4) A 45 minute in-person or video interview will be arranged after receipt of your written application. Interviews are held throughout the late winter and spring. Counselors lead a group of approx. 16 children of the same sex and age. One or two junior counselors will assist you each day depending on the age of your campers. Your group remains together, under your leadership, for the full 4 week session. This continuity allows you to learn and address the strengths and weaknesses of each child and helps build those strong social bonds that will make camp so memorable for your campers.
