2) We will contact you (by phone) shortly after receipt of your email for a quick 5-10 minute interview primarily regarding sports background, sports knowledge, past related experience with children, and summer housing and commute situation. This is also an opportunity for you to ask us any questions you may have about the camp and the job.

3) At the completion of the phone interview we will let you know whether or not you should complete the written application (which we will then send to you via email).

4) A 45 minute in-person or video interview will be arranged after receipt of your written application. Interviews are held throughout the late winter and spring. Scheduling is quite flexible (weekends, evenings, spring break, etc.) Interviews are held at or near our campsite in Los Altos. Video interviews are also possible.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Counselors lead a group of 16 children of the same sex and age. One or two junior counselors will assist you each day depending on the age of your campers. Your group remains together, under your leadership, for the full 4 week session. This continuity allows you to learn and address the strengths and weaknesses of each child and helps build those strong social bonds that will make camp so memorable for your campers.
